Bunker Joe and the Ballot Avalanche
Just Wonderin’
With all the allegations swirling around ballot box abuses, my tinfoil hat reflex starts to kick in. Joe’s campaign rallies were significantly under-inspiring. The dozens of supporters that showed up at this rallies does not comport with the “reported” blue wave ballots that went to Joe. Couple his under-performing at rallies with his hunker-down basement performance, and the tinfoil hat in me wonders if he already knew a ballot fix was in.
Other questions swirl around down-ballot selections, or rather their absence. How is it that down ballot Republicans gained seats, yet Blue-boy Joe had thousands (?) of ballots with no down-ballot selections?
Other questions also abound. How is it that mail-in ballots, whether requested or unsolicited, historically fail validation at a rate of about 3%, yet in an election with unprecedented numbers of first-time mail-in ballots validation failures ran less than 1%? Where are the voter roll validation efforts, such as against driver’s license registration or jury rolls to validate citizenship?
This presidential election cycle has a bad smell about it. Funny, if food smells bad we throw it out–just sayin’.
